Welcome to UPCL-T10 Tennis Ball Cricket League (“UPCL-T10”, “League”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UPCL-T10 website, player registration services, and related activities.
By accessing or using the website or submitting a player registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or submit a registration.
1. Purpose of the Website
The website is operated to provide information about the UPCL-T10 Tennis Ball Cricket League and to facilitate online player registration and related league activities.
Interested players may register through the official registration form available on the website.
Players are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Player Registration
- A player must complete the online registration form with the required information.
- The information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- UPCL-T10 may contact the player using the contact information provided during registration.
- Submission of a registration form does not automatically guarantee selection, participation in a particular match, team, trial, or league activity.
- Player selection, trials, team allocation, match participation, and other league-related decisions shall be subject to the applicable UPCL-T10 rules and eligibility requirements.
- UPCL-T10 reserves the right to reject or cancel an incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid registration.
3. Registration Fee
The player registration fee is ₹999 unless otherwise specified on the website.
The applicable registration fee must be paid through the payment methods made available on the website.
Registration is considered successfully submitted after the required information has been received and the applicable payment has been successfully processed.
4. Payment
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers.
UPCL-T10 does not store complete debit card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, passwords, or other sensitive payment authentication information on its servers.
The payment gateway may process payment information according to its own terms, conditions, and privacy policy.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Once a player registration has been successfully completed and payment has been received, the registration fee is generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except where a refund is required due to a verified duplicate payment, technical/payment error, or other circumstance expressly approved by UPCL-T10.
If an amount is debited from a customer’s account but the registration is not successfully completed due to a technical or payment issue, the customer may contact UPCL-T10 with the relevant transaction details for verification.
Any approved refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment gateway, subject to verification and applicable processing timelines.
6. Player Information
Players are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is correct.
This may include information such as:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Age
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Address
- City
- State
- Dress Size
- Other information requested in the registration form
Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information may result in rejection or cancellation of the registration.
7. Eligibility
Players must satisfy the eligibility requirements communicated by UPCL-T10 for the relevant registration, trial, match, or league activity.
Where a specific age or eligibility requirement is mentioned on the registration page or official communication, that requirement shall apply.
UPCL-T10 reserves the right to verify eligibility and registration information.
8. Player Selection and Participation
Registration does not guarantee selection or participation in any particular team, match, trial, or league activity.
UPCL-T10 may establish selection procedures, eligibility criteria, trials, team allocation procedures, and other participation requirements.
Selection and participation decisions may be made according to the rules and requirements applicable to the relevant UPCL-T10 activity.
9. Changes to League Activities
UPCL-T10 reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, suspend, or cancel any league activity, trial, match, event, schedule, or related activity where reasonably necessary.
Changes may occur due to operational requirements, venue availability, weather, safety considerations, regulatory requirements, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where appropriate, relevant updates will be communicated through the website or available contact channels.
10. Website Use
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the website.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
