1. Player Registration Fee

The player registration fee for UPCL-T10 is ₹999. The registration fee is collected through the available online payment gateway.

2. Refund Policy

Once a player registration and payment have been successfully completed, the registration fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required due to a duplicate payment, failed transaction with successful debit, or another verified technical/payment issue.

3. Duplicate Payment

If the same registration fee is accidentally paid more than once, the participant may contact UPCL-T10 support with the relevant payment/order details. After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded through the applicable payment method.

4. Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions

If an amount is debited from the customer’s account but the registration/order is not successfully created, the customer should contact UPCL-T10 support with the payment details. The transaction will be verified and resolved accordingly.

5. Cancellation

A player registration cannot normally be cancelled once the payment has been successfully completed.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved after verification, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or the applicable payment gateway.
